On ebay they have the chrome mirror covers....does anyone know where one can get them for a 99 those only for 03-06

That appears to be a Town Car in the photo (look at the doorhandles and how the front fender meets the hood and A pillar).

I have searched and searched for some chrome mirror caps. I wonder if they are of decent quality? I don't see a manufacturer listed in the eBay ad... will continue to look.

EDIT: Did the mirrors even change when the car was updated in '03? I bet they weren't. When I go to town today I'll find a 2003+ to park beside and I'll take a pic.

That would be cool, i wonder if the mirrors did change if they didn't i am buying that upgrade. No one has it over here where i live.

I'll be waiting for some more input. Looking forward to that picture, confirming if they changed or not.

I added a chrome strip to mine. Let me see if I can find a pic on my hard drive…if not I will post one tomorrow.

Not as prominent as the chrome caps but does add a touch of detail to the side view mirrors.
