Headrest removal...

How can I remove the headrests in my 2002 towncar.

They pull out a little but not completely off... :confused:

That question is not so helpful.

I tried removing mine in my 97 using the instructions I found and I still couldn't figure out how to do it. I'm interested in hearing the answer to this one as well.

Im installing headrest LCDs for the rear passengers. Like I said the headrest comes out a little for adjustment but not completely off for wiring and the install.

I know the two plastic grommets that are used for bushings for the posts unscrew, try that...
