whats the best brand for spark plugs and wires for our cars??

Ford Racing or Motorcraft......but, you don't have spark plug wires!

Get some Motorcraft AWSF32PP or Autolite equivalent for plugs.

Thats alright, when I was younger and we had our first 4.6 ('98) years ago, I looked all over for the wires dumbfounded! So much have I learned since then.

Actually, you can replace the boots on the COP coils. Sometimes the boots show signs of carbon tracking and need to be replaced. The coils are far too expensive IMHO. Good luck.
