I have a couple questions:

What does Sticky mean?

And how can I search for posts related to "oil pump" for a Continental?

When you are signed in, there will be a search feature at the top. Click on it and put what you are looking for in the box. It can also look in specific forums, like 90-97 town car and so on. Sticky is just so the post stays at the top and does not move with other posts.

nowers, when you click on search, click "Advanced Search", and you can select the forums to look in after that.

Here, you have to search 3+ letters per word only, so you cant search "oil pan" but you can search "pump"

Try adding a 'wild card', such as an * to three letter searches. ;)

Wild card searches only return oil+anything else, like "oiling" "oilers" and ect :(
