Car wont start - not cranking

Hello, can someone help me with my problem? My 2000 Lincoln Town car won't start, when I turn the key, checking lights goes down, engine not crank. It seems park neutral switch faulty (it's behaving the same when you try to start with D or R)
Do you have any ideas what to check?

Have you ruled out a bad battery yet?

Sounds like a dead battery when you describe "lights goes down" while your trying to crank the engine...

Do your headlamps light bright? -- then dim or die when you attempt to crank the engine?

I visit ford dealer in Europe and result is "OBD" defekt C1127.
What is this code?? help me please
