I have a 200 TC and want to change the blower motor speed control unit.
I have read the tech tips and article and my question is :
How much coolant I need to drain ? How should I proceed ?
And how should I refill the missing coolant?
I read a procedure speaking about taking out the water pump and so one, but I wondering if is not an easy way to do that ?

Maaaan, where are you getting your information from? Removing the water pump? It is not even anywhere close the Blower Motor Speed Control Unit. That unit is held by 2 bolts. You don't even need to drain any coolant.

I already told you that its help by 2 bolts. That tech article is for a limo, he has more crap under that hood than you do.
And where did you hear about removing the water pump?

I told him….just kidding
Even the ford shop CDs have you remove items not required…not quite to that extent but unnecessary none the less

Have a girly with small hands get in there, although she probably wont want to get her hands scratched up. On my Vic, I was able to pry some hoses out of the way enough, may be a completely different setup though. The suggestion I have read is to notch the new (or resoldered old one) plastic mounting hole(s) so you can prethread the bolt(s).
