"The Yankees-Red Sox rivalry is one of the longest and most bitter rivalries (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sports_rivalry) in professional sports. For over 100 years, baseball (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baseball)'s New York Yankees (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_York_Yankees) and Boston Red Sox (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boston_Red_Sox) of the American League (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_League) have been chief rivals, compounded by their geographic proximity."

I would love to be at Carlisle this year with the '85 Valentino,
but duty calls. Yankees will be in Boston that weekend, I have my season tickets, and, now that they bought clemens, I can't miss the implosion.

Jack, are you registering for the LCOC ENM meet in NJ?

Probably.... I just found the registration form from Kelley Saunders that was mailed to me. :D I wasn't sure if I had to be a national LCOC member or not in order to register.

With some luck I'll be able to go. Might even drive up in the Lincoln, though I'm not planning to enter it.

Just get there! It is a Lincoln event that you will never forget!

Anyone can show up and examine the show field. Attending other events may be a technicality, such as the Friday evening barbeque; please e-mail Kelley about that.
