No luck finding an answer using the search function…

I talked one of my co-workers into purchasing a 2001 TC (replacing his Fleetwood) and he was not given a keypad code. Where's it at?

I could not give him an answer since my 98 is keypad-less.:o

Anyway, he likes the 2001 very much and says "it drives just like my old Cadillac". He test drove a 2001 Deville for comparison before purchasing the TC and was not impressed.

On the imprinted warranty card or on the module in the driver side front door.

Damn
I was hoping it would be on the computer like my other Ford products.

I doubt it has the warranty card and he won't want to remove the door panel...

It could be on the Trunk Hinge, passenger side.
it is a 5 digit number usually on a white sticker on the hinge.

Hey Joe,
Since you're directly responsible for your buddy buying this car :o

No, just kidding .....

Any FLM Dealer can connect to the system and read that code. Not saying one exists, but a Mr. Niceguy dealer would do it for free.

Yup, ask the dealer nicely to pull it up.

Yep

Lincoln fever I tell you.

Another co worker purchased an 88 Bill Blass VII last week. Black exterior, gold-stripe/grille/emblems/center caps, 70k miles, half black vinyl top, pillow top seats etc...real nice car...never seen one like that before. I however had nothing to do with that purchase. ;)
