Looking for thoughts here: the sunroof in my 99TC started leaking two weeks ago during a thunderstorm, and again today as I went through the carwash - appears to be coming from the right front corner. Is there a way to adjust these? The gasket is clean and still in very good shape. I'm not sure why it started doing this.

Its probably a clogged drain hose. I don't know where the hoses drain (C-pillar) but you probably need to pull back the headliner to see what's going on.

Remember the weatherstrip isn't designed to be watertight, you have a drainage problem. ;)

I thought so - inbetween periods of rainfall today I opened the roof to make sure the gaskets were clean, etc., and noticed that both front corners inside the roof are full of pine needles - but I can't tell how to get at it - maybe a shop vac with a modified attachment or something... Thanks! I'll see what I can come up with.

Okay - that was a simple 2 minute fix! I used a pair of needle-nose pliers to pull the gook out of the corners and then flushed the tubes. For grins and giggles, I took pics of the locations for anyone else who may want to add this to a regular maint. list... interestingly the drains on the Continental are about 1/4 " ID, whereas the TC drains are about 3/16" ID - smaller than a drinking straw - and behind a plastic baffle.
First pic = Conti right front corner
Second pic = TC right front corner
Third pic = 2/5 of the fleet now ready to sail.
