Kinda of a long story here.
So my grandparents are givin me a 98 Navi..
On the drive from Louisiana to Indiana it breaks down.
Both axles stop working or something to that effect.
End up hauling it up the rest of the way.
Front axle is fine, just needed to replace a fuse:)

rear axle is jacked and cant really drive without this grinding noise.
Bought an axle for 1000$ bux from the junk:mad:

Now i need to change it...

Any suggestions, websites, ect. b4 i jump into this and end up spendin more money

$1000?! Wow.

Let me look for my '97 Ford truck CD if you cant find a '98 online. It should be straitforward though, just nuts and bolts and ABS wires and brakes. If you can hang the brakes out of the way you can reuse yours without having to bleed any.

yea, my dad bought it, so he might have been bs'n a lil bt, lol

Well if its that easy, lol, maybe i shouldn't be that concerned as long as its not as hard as putting in a tranny... I think i'll be alright.

But i was just makin sure it wasnt any important key notes to look at, lol...

ah well gotta wait for my dad to get his cars out of the way, hopefully i get this done b4 it gets too cold. From what i've seen online its should only take about 4 hours.
