Looks ok but it seems like they borrowed styling from other companies as an easy way to shell out something "new".

I do not like that centre console. It just looks really cheap to me. I could be wrong but that's a lot of plastic.

Overall I think it’s a very appealing car. I'm pretty confident it will replace my current car. That is of course if it depreciates like a typical Lincoln.;)

Awfully blah to me. I said when the LS came out that it would be my next car. I can't say that about this one. Maybe it'll gorw on me like some other cars in the past if I see it around town.

Actually, I really like that red rear end shot, I'd hit it... :boink:
And does this article prove that we will see the turbo later on?

Funny you mentioned the rear, Lincoln rips off styling bits like the Chinese do.

Except the Maserati looks way sexier than the MKS. Because it isn't a Lexus wannabe.

The Maserati curb-stomped the Jag Super V8, Lexus 600H, and Mercedes S500 in a recent comparison test in Road & Track IIRC.
The MKS could've had any other tailight creation but it ended up with something very close to the Maserati
The one nice thing I can say about the MKS is that it does look better than the concept which is usually a rare thing IMO.
But people still think my Conti is brand new so I'll stick with it for now.

Not when you have brand ignorant fools running Ford's design studios. Or maybe they subcontracted someone in China to style it for them. No copyright laws there.
Oh, and that wood veneer on the wheel is lame, Lincoln's are supposed to have a wood rim you can wrap your fingers around. That was one of the best parts of our 2000 Town Car.:)

The car is supposed to be a full-sized sedan, it looks as big as a BMW 5-series. The front end has sharper edges, and the back end looks short and round. The interior is on the turd side. The Leather dash top is not properly fitted in certian areas, like by the driver side vent. The console is plastic, which should be leather. The plastic around the door handle is cheap looking. The top of the door is made of some sort of compost material. The power mirror control is right by the driver side mirror, and looks like its an add-on. The wood trim looks one tone, no different shades, and is overly shiny to the point it blends in with the chrome. Also the a-pillar is not covered in fabric, but some cheap plastic. If this is the best Lincoln has to offer, than I might hang on to the TC for a while.

It looks OK, but it's not as nice dynamically as the LS. What's the targeted competition? I'd say it's a Lexus ES350/S80/9-5 fighter more than a 5 Series/E-Class rival. Who wants front-drive or front-based AWD? Cadillac is finally moving to all rear-drive chassis cars with optional AWD. All the segment leaders are RWD or rear-biased AWD.
The last new Lincoln I wanted was an LS. It'd be a damn shame if nothing entices me between now and when I can actually get one new.
