my 1995 Mark overheats when i first turn it on in the morning,
after THE NEEDLE goes to almost the red, and i loose some coolant from the reservoir, the needle then goes back down to normal by itself and does not overheat again until the next morning when i first turn it on again.
HELP ME OUT PLEASE??????

I would say either air in the system, make sure it is full of antifreeze when cold; or your thermostat is sticking. Cheers

Sounds like a sticky T-stat. Get a new one before it completely locks up.

I had a sticking thermostat act real similar. I found the reving the engine could often cet the stat to open when it was way near the top of the guage. Car lost oil filter adapter gasket right around this time, can't say if that was related or not. If I was in your shoes, I'd be getting a thermostat in there post haste. Getting all that aluminum that hot can't be good.
