65 continental doesn't park easy

When i park my car on my driveway it sometimes makes a clicking sound coming from the back and rolls downhill. I have to park it a couple times to get it to stop, then i put blocks just in case. Any ideas would be appreciated.

sounds like its not fully engaging the park pawl in trans.

check the linkages from the shifter to the trans, for loose/play.

then of course there is the possibility that the park pawl in trans is broken.

definatly look at the linkage first. it may even just need an adjustment.
