SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!
Ok here is the deal my 95 cartier is not starting about 1 out of every 20 starts it will turn over but then wind down a die here is the odd part I can tell when it is going to start or not by the sound the chime makes if it goes ding ding ding then I'm cool if it but if it go's boing boing boing then it will not start. When it does start it is quick clean and crisp. I just have to wait 10 min or thrash my arms around like an idiot(which ever comes first) and wala she fires right up and purrs like a kitten on zanex. My radio lights always flickers and sometimes it will flicker so hard it makes the radio skip out. its a perfect car otherwise.... well of coarse there is the cel referring to my erg valve but other then that its mint. Its got to be something with the wiring I'm just lost when it comes to electricity. I feel like a caveman with a stick:mad:.

How old is the battery? I would check/clean the battery terminals. Maybe check the contacts on the starter as well.

Exactly. I was thinking maybe poor battery post connection or bad battery.

Check your ground wires also on the battery & engine. Bad grounds (corrosion) can cause weird erratic problems.

The signal cable to the starter is a well known ford problem, for some mad reason they do not use a nut to hold it in place, they use a stupid plastic connector that gets rusty inside and then it will fail and behave weird from time to time, check that one first.

First fix the flicker lights. Wiggle the fat wire on the back of the alternator and the gray connector on the inner fender behind the power distribution box (near the batt). There is high resistance in your charging circuit causing the flickering. This makes it so your alt is putting out 15V+ which is probably the cause of your problem.

dave beat me to it. if wiggling the wire fixes it, then take it off and clean it up a bit.

is the speedometer thinking you are driving by saying you are moving while its still parked?
