Saying bye to my 97

[Jerry's 97TC]

As some of you may remember, my baby was totaled in December. I bough it back and had it rebuilt. Even tho they did a really good job on the rebuild, in my mind it's still a
wrecked car. I know, but I'm picky.

I can't post a link, but it's on the "Post a Pic of your car" thread, post #196. Such a pretty TC.

Anyhow, I'm sending money to Al at Silver Cross Cars and let him find me a 03 or so. (Hey,
I'm a disabled vet and I can't afford new.) I'm keeping my fingers crossed that he'll find me a good one and I think he will.

I can't tell everyone on LOL how much help they have given me for the almost 5 years I've known about this site. You guys have saved me a ton of money and I've learned so much about these cars it's amazing. Thanks so much to everybody.

I'll still be around, I'll just have to change my user name.

Update:

Al came through even more than I'd hoped and sooner than expected. I was hoping
for an 03 and he came up with an 04 Ultimate that's just a beautiful car, I wanted
something distinctive and I've never seen one like it. And within my budget.

Looks great and LOVE the 2 tone all around. I see they never put the rear seat embroidery back from dropping it on our 97's. :rolleyes:
Just one question, does the head liner look ok? Looks kinda bubbly, could be just the pic though.
