Air Suspension on 99 4x4 Navigator

At least i think it's a Air Suspension issue.
When we get in the car or the car is sitting still, i hear a loud sound coming from the right front of the car. It sounds like a air compressor recharging. Also, sometime when driving,i can hear the sound faintly, but really loud when the car is still.

What is the best way to troubleshoot this issue?

This article supersedes TSB 04-5-4 to update the Service Procedure.

ISSUE
Some 1997-2004 Expedition and 1998-2004 Navigator vehicles equipped with air suspension, may exhibit excessive noise from the air suspension compressor.

ACTION
To service, replace the compressor mounting bracket with a revised bracket. Order and install Noise Kit 4L1Z-5Z205-AA. Refer to the instruction sheets included in the Kit for installation procedures.

I'd say that would be it, order the kit from Lincoln dealer, or Ford Dealer....

If I remember right the 5Z205 kit is a mounting kit with rubber bushing for the compressor 4L1Z5Z205AA is replaced by new part number 6L1Z5Z205A
