Air Condition - Front Dash Vents

Ok, i have a 99 Lincoln Navigator, 4x4. a few weeks ago, we had the spark plugs changed becuase cylinder 4 misfire. And now when we turn the AC on, the ac blows fine out of the defrost vents and rear vents, but nothing blows out of the front dash vents or floor.

Any idea of how to troubleshoot this issue?

sounds like a vacuum line is disconected, i would look under the dash(if possible) to see if the vacuum motor is moving.

Ok, so i'm new to this, how can i look under the dash

there might be some panels covering everything start at the floor and look up at the bottom of the dash.
