View Full Version : Airbag has a hole

Hey im new to the forum, Name is Ean. I wish my intro could be about something happier but its not. The front left airbag has a thumb sized hole in it.The car is a 1990 Mark VII LSC. Does anyone have a spare or know where I can get one? any info would be greatly appreicated

IMHO your best bet is a dealer. Ford has updated the PN for the fronts, rears are another matter entirely. They're best changed in pairs and put fresh solenoids in too. Simple to change ;)

How did you gat a hole in your airbag? You poke a hole in it with a screwdriver trying to repair the horn switch or something?

Since you are new here, I should have given you more info.
Bagmasters may have some OEM brand spankin' new bags or some of their remans on hand.

LSC specific bags are available. I've used their remans for years. Quality stuff.

That is Good to know. Does that include rear bags? One of my rears is showing some road abuse.

Indeed. I bought a rear bag in May.
