while removing nuts off of the steering column to replace the heater core, i found a broken wire that is a ground wire that was/is right beside the upper two nuts on the steering column on the right hand side....anyone know what this wire is for??? or was for...it didn't seem, upon reflection to be interfering with anything electrical......
