Looking for a Light weight Ram Air Hood for a 1990 Mark VII LSC. . .

Simple truth you have to deal with,
its not a Mustang (or Camaro). Nobody makes anything for a VII. You make it yourself, modify something from something else, or do without.
But thats what they call 'hot rodding'.

That looks like a Mark 8 hood... the edges are too rounded.:confused:

no one makes an actual 'ram air' hood. There is a compnay that makes a fiberglass 4" lift off cowl induction hood. Cant remember who. Here is the 2" I started working on. I havent finished on it, and have since put the stock hood back on. Maybe one day ill finish it..

Yep, a lift off fiberglass cowl induction is all that is available aftermarket right now that I know of. I'm going with that one once I get everything else done unless I go through with making my hood look like the one from the Hot Rod Mark VII model car from years ago. ;) It's funny, I had built the model and put it away and then got to discussing mods with a friend of mine. We discussed the hood scoop and got it figured out how I wanted it and then went to color and I decided on silver. Then I found the box with my model cars in it and I had already built the Mark VII I will one day drive complete with the hood scoop and color I had later decided on for my car.:p
