I saw once a post of what jumpers to short under the hood to test the silinoids on the mark viii. Can anyone tell me what steps to take again? I cant find that post anywere.
As I recall, it would start the compressor, and then test the lowering and raising of the car.
Thanks in advance.

At the very bottom. It's a cool trick - I did this test using a set of jumper cables and a paperclip (was about a thousand miles from home at the time).

I see that the rear silinoids are different than the fronts. Anyone know were I can get these? Ya think that they may have them at 5 star ford? I didnt see them at rockauto. and I dont want to buy used from ebay.

You bet they will. Or at least, should, unless they've been discontinued. In which case, call Eddie at AAS.

if they're discontinued, Max will still check the system to see if Vintage Parts has them. We're not completely left out in the cold here.
