rear ABS sensors

Has anyone by chance looked into using Taurus rear sensors on a Mark VII? I was doing some looking into this, and they look the same to me. I'm figuring that since the rear brakes are the same, at least on later model cars, then the likelihood of the sensors being compatible is fairly good too. Front wheel sensors are the same as the Taurus too, so thats encouraging.

Do the tonewheels look the same ? If so, I'm guessing they'd work. You know how Ford is:rolleyes:

Gadget ...talk to Tim (omnipresent) over at LM7. He said he's changed out the sensors but I don't remember from what car he got them.
