There seems to be two only two connectors that merge the ECU wiring harness with the main chassis harness in the engine bay. One is on the passengers side and the engine and the other on the drivers side. my question is what do these connections lead to? If anyone is familliar with the wiring of our mark cars i'd love some insight. I'll trace them myself but i'd like some heads-up on it cause i'll be hardpressed to find the time.

One is to the fuel pump, the other to the ignition switch. I'm gonna hazard a guess and say the one on the driver's side is from the ignition switch. I believe the ignition wiring is green/red but don't hold me to that.

Please keep in mind that the majority of my Ford EFI knowlege comes from working on my Towncar and other cars on that platform. Fox cars have stuff in different locations, so some of the specifics are a bit different. I know of 2 people who have converted 84-85 Panther cars from CFI to HO SEFI, but I have no first hand knowlege of early Mark VII's and whats needed. I've owned my 91 LSC for just shy of 3 weeks now, so I don't know it's systems as well as my Towncar.
