O-rings at the dryer.
Pull off the cover of the dryer and spray soapy water where the 4 hoses connect the dryer. I bet they are letting all the air escape.

The leakage at the air line Orings exceeds the pumps ability to keep up and the spring/s will actually deflate when an up trim is called for. Remember all the air lines are pressurized when any one spring calls for air, that means there are eight places air can leak, one at each spring and four at the other end of the air lines at the pump manifold.

Was the battery disconnected at any time? The reason I ask, a few years back, when I went to Pittsburgh to pick up my '85 Bill Blass (R.I.P.) when I got there, the car was down on all fours. it had sat without a battery for a few years. I got on the phone with Oldschool1 and he put me through the paces of getting the bags to work normally again. It was a matter of connecting the new battery, getting the car started and warmed up then letting the computers and modules "re-learn" what it was they were supposed to do. It was a matter of opening and closing the driver's door; getting in and closing the door, getting out and closing the door, turning the car off; turning it on, opening and closing the driver's door with me in the seat and without. Sure enough, in a few minutes the bags were up and the car trimmed out to normal.

I'm not saying this is the same case as yours, but after having the car sit for a while (with no battery connected) this might be the problem

+3 on the soapy water at the drier AND at each bag!!!!

Here's the self test for the system:

Good luck.

Update , Ok checked for leaks sure enough, replaced o rings which were in bad shape, boom the old bear came right up but still see a little bit of leakage on gray and black lines which are front i believe ,is that acceptable?been driving the car and the air pump doesn't seem to be running much, usually just a few seconds after starting it.

Some slight leakage at the drier is normal when the compressor is running ( not a real high tech sealing solution :p) once the compressor stops running and the car is trimmed there should be no leaks at the drier (or anywhere else for that matter )

20 - 30 seconds is normal for the pump to run on first start-up. It'll also stay "live" for an hour after shutdown so if you hear it click on for about 5 seconds within that hour, that's normal. Make sure the lines are all the way in on top of the drier.

[It usualy happens to me when I'm trying to get the LAST spark plug started at number four....scares the hell outta ya when you don't expect it!] :p
