Problemos-Need Help! the msg center OD off light functions once in a while - door ajar light comes on when no doors ajar and disables msg. center till it decides to go off (the automatic door locks function sometimes and will turn off ajar lite, but manually locking door lock switch will not)- AM radio gone to horrid static, FM reception is good, turn off ignition and AM gets better(not great)and there is a low level beep from speakers that sounds like a tone that a clock or timer would make, every second.Wierd. Any one else had these problems? They all started at about same time.

For door ajar message just spray down lock mechinism is the door w/WD40, should take care of that.
Have you checked your charging system? Have alt and battery tested. Alt should push between 14.2 - 14.5 volts. Do a Load test on the battery. First steps to diagnois your problem.

Longtall,
What year is the vehicle? Your radio issue sounds like a radio antenna isolator (only on 1997-1998 due to the antennas being integrated with the rear defroster grid.)
The door ajar switch in one or both doors is the issue with the message center, they're about $20 or so new from your dealer if you feel mechanically inclined. "Door ajar" is the only message warning that you cannot clear with the "reset" button on the keyboard, but the main issue with that is the door ajar switches also trigger some of the air suspension features, so you might want to replace those bad switches if the WD40 thing doesn't work for you.
