I have a 1960 Lincoln Continental Mark V and I would like to get my front grill gold anodized. Were any of the grills gold from the factory? What is the grill made of, is it aluminum? If anyone can give me some information or direction where I could have this done and answer my questions, I sure would appreciate it.

Thanks,

Bruce

Welcome!

Mark V's never had gold grilles, only some of the badges were gold. Don't know what they are made of, but your best bet is to remove the grille and take it to local chrome plating shops to see what they can do.

That's a big part, and it will take a lot of labor to make it right: don't be surprised if it'll cost $800-1000 just for that.
