Mark VIII: piece of driver side rocker panel (in front of rear wheel)

Hi!

I was wondering if someone parting out Mark VIII could cut out a piece of rocker panel in front of driver side rear wheel (think it's tipical rust spot for these cars). Dunno why but my Mark VIII is perfect and rust free except that part of rocker panel.
