Heater ???

I have a 95 TC and I just started turning my heater on in the mornings and I have noticed the car kind of bogs down when the heat is on. I will drive and (with the heat on) it will drive fine for a minute then it will hesitate and be fine again and so on. When I turn the heater off the car runs beautifully.

Any thoughts?

You didn't say so, but if you have the setting on AUTO, DEFROST, or FLOOR/DEFROST, what you have is the A/C compressor kicking in to dehumidify the air. This is normal.

I haven't tried any other setting other than defrost. I have not noticed this before, however, it is usually winter before I even think of turning it on...
