2016 MKX 22 option seats

Is it possible to plug and play the 22 option front seats in another MKX same year?

Welcome dude

I have no idea to the answer to your question, but knowing modern vehicles if the seats you want to fit come with extra features (Memory, heated, lumbar support, ETC) I doubt they would be plug and play, probably have different connector plugs and need different modules to run them.
