Knock Sensor for the EEC-IV 5.0L

Following up on a seven year old inquiry I can report we're a little closer to getting a knock sensor on the Mark VII. It includes building a voltage indicator with a multicolored LED array to display the voltages from a knock sensor (to be determined). All we need is some data on sensor output voltages to engineer the appropriate voltage steps on the display. While it won't connect to the ECU the yellow and red LEDs will certainly get one's attention.
More to follow,

The 351 MCU cars in the 80s had a knock sensor. Crown Vic from like 1982-91. those screwed into a boss on the rear area of the block. not sure if the 302 has the same boss or not. Rangers in the mid-late 80s sometimes had one too, possibly specific to the 3.0 engine.
