Well, nothing. The Tremec 3450/3650 from Mustang GTs will bolt to the motor, as will the Cobra's T56, and you can also buy bellhousings for Tremec's other transmissions, ie TKO, but to install one in a Mark VIII isn't a bolt-in process.
You can find SuperCoupe pedals and clutch parts the will sorta' bolt in, but from there it's all fabbing and cutting to get a stick shift in.

well i mostly meant bolt up to the motor and drive shaft but then again i would probably replace that anyway. i figured it would be a lot of work and right now its not going to happen but im hoping in the future.

You'd need a custom driveshaft regardless because IIRC the VIII's transmission is longer than the Mustang's, so the stock d/s would be too short to stick into a Mustang's manual transmission.
You're also going to have to price a flywheel to replace the flexplate, all new hardware, figure out something to do with actuating the clutch, and then you've got to think about where you're going to cut through your console to stick the shifter up through...

Enjoy lengthening your engine computer wiring and lengthening the shifter linkage to make it reach the hole in the Mark's body.
 Not that I'm hatin' on the idea, its just too damn hard. I'd rather have another car with a V8 and a stick and enjoy a Mark VIII with a JMOD tranny for the daily commute.

I put a T5 in my VII, and yeah it's been done before and since, but even that wasn't for the faint of heart, and all those Fox Body parts more or less bolted right in. There's no such thing for the 4.6L MN12 cars.
I think the point is, yes it can be done and it's cool as Hell to have something unique when all is said and done, but somewhere there has to be some practicallity measured in, including the cubic dollars and man hours needed to do all the one-off fabbing.

Body-wise, the Thunderbird SuperCoupe or Cougar XR-7 (89-90) 5-speed should be able to go somewhere, but as was mentioned earlier, there's no match for the 4.6 engine, since this platform began life as a V6 platform only and they heavily massaged the 5.0 to get it in there after '92 and the 4.6 was a clean-slate design.
I'll agree, though, putting a DOHC V8 through it's paces manually would be a blast if you could keep tires on the back end

Do a Google search for JMOD. I think coolcats or something like that had a good article on it. Pretty easy to do, basic hand tools and a power drill, something to smooth off the burrs. Did it to my old '93, never had any problems with it.

I may be wrong,but doesnt the cobra crank have 8 bolts and the mark viii has 6 bolt crank? If Im right you would have to change the crank to get the flywheel to bolt up.
