Replacement Upholstery for 97 Cartier

I hope this isnt a repost, i didnt check all 7+ pages.
This is the deal. My TC has about 125000mi and has its usual problems (rear bags). However. Since my wife likes to tote my 80lbs dog around all the time, his nails have trashed the front seats. Not huge rips or tears, just like if someone took a key across them or something. The car is Ivory something exterior, with a very very light tan interior. I was wondering if someone has replaced there seats, or knows where to get a OEM replacement, same type of leather.. etc.. i want to freshen up the inside. but the seats are just starting to kill me lookin at them. Also, the headliner (kinda like a soft carpet look) is starting to fray and flap about around the rear brake light. Has anyone replaced a headliner, or know of a good, or better fix other than spray glueing it back up? Thanks for your input. Im glad to be a part of the "crew" here.

my 96 needed new seats as well, and I went and took a look around at the local junkyards, and found this great set front and back from a 94 TC. grabbed them, swapped over the seat motors and I was golden!
