A/C work just got a lot easier and faster. We had one of those at school, and the hardest part was waiting 30 minutes to boil out the moisture.

Nice setup, Looks like you got it covered.
I can't tell but is that a sealant remover? We have sold what is called the Removenater it seems to work well.
We have only sent two machines back in for repair, each due to the tech did not check for sealant and the shop owner did not think they needed the separator. $2000 down the tubes each time.

x10!!

Dereck, Lurk on over to www.autoacforum.com and start reading, get to know the regulars and ask even the "dumbest" questions.
You only have to impress a few customers before word of mouth fills your schedule to the hilt. "Good" MVAC repair techs are hard to find. If you become that fellow, you may have to turn away some work, even with with the short AC season in the UK. Good Luck Sir!

Steve, I "think" that machine has a sealant separator internal for the solvent type sealers (stop leak). There is no good "remover" for the 2 part epoxy "evaporator" sealers AFAIK. Solvent flushing is the only way I know to remove those, if it hasn't "gone off" in the system. If it does "go off", the entire system is pretty much done for as far as I know. Do you have any info on that Removenater? I'd like to check it out.
