MID-1990s AND NEWER ATC LAMP REPLACEMENT
Submitted by white lincoln / 01-27-07

Follow the instructions for removing the dash panel HERE.

Tools You Will Need

  • Small standard screwdriver
  • 7mm socket
  • 1/4" socket wrench or 1/4" socket driver

Let's Get Started

Remove the 4 - 7mm screws

Remove the tape from the top two tabs.

Insert small screwdriver into tabs and slightly lift while pulling the face plate. Do each tap in succession a little at a time, do not force the taps open. As you work the taps, the face plate will come off.

Turn face plate down, but be mindful of the length of the cables. Use the same small screwdriver to turn the lamps counter-clockwise one quarter of a turn, then pop them up with the screwdriver.

*The bulbs are a dealer only item and most likely will not be available at a regular parts store.
